You build alone with Claude Code or Cursor, and you move fast. The problem you hit is not speed but memory: the agent forgets what you agreed yesterday, follows a note you have since abandoned, or rebuilds something the way you decided not to. The more you build, the more of your time goes to reminding it.

Corpole gives your agent one place to read what binds. You start a project with a kickoff interview the agent runs, approve the requirements that are right, and from then on every session starts from them. Anything you drop, you retire, and the agent stops seeing it.

You do not need a team process to benefit. You are the product owner, the lead and the reviewer at once: you approve proposals, move the first story to Ready and let the agent build it with tests. The steps below take about fifteen minutes; the articles after them go deeper where you need it.
