Where they reach you

One open notice per topic: a newer one updates it (for example the count of drafts waiting) instead of piling up. Open takes you to the place to act; Read marks it done.

Your agent is told too: when the agent rules, the policy, the authority tier or an emergency change, or a requirement it is working on changes after it read it, its next tool result carries a note to re-read — until it does.
Your agent is waiting
With the Claude Code plugin, an amber label in the top bar tells you when your agent has finished, needs your permission or waits for your input — for the first 30 minutes of the wait. Dismiss it or go back to your agent.
