Agent rules
The behavioural rules every AI agent connected to Corpole follows, and how each level adds to them.

Working modes and lasting instructions
Working modes are ready-made rules you switch on for yourself (Personal tab) or for a project: *Plan first*, *Small steps*, *Analysis only*, *Tests first*, *Smallest change*, *Challenge me*. Agents follow them from their next session.
You can also just tell your agent. When a prompt sounds lasting — "never…", "from now on…", "bundan sonra…" — the agent asks once whether to make it permanent. A personal rule applies at once; a project rule, constraint, standard or glossary term arrives as a Draft for approval. A permission (what agents may do on their own) stays with the agent policy under ⚙ › Project settings.
How rules flow
Rules flow down: platform → account → tenant → project → you. The agent acting for you receives all of them, in order, when it connects and whenever it reads the agent policy; each rule shows where it came from.

Who manages which level
- Platform — Corpole's platform administrators. Locked platform rules keep Corpole working (permissions, Authority first, propose instead of decide, stop at conflicts, hands off its own controls, no secrets); they cannot be switched off, retired or deleted.
- Account — account owners and admins. Tenant owners and admins are notified when a platform or account rule is added, changed or enforced.
- Tenant — tenant owners and admins.
- Project — people with the Integrations permission on the project.
- You — your own rules, followed by the agent that acts for you.
Tip Rules tell the agent how to behave. What it is allowed to do is decided by the agent policy (tenant settings, account, project settings) and by your permissions, which Corpole checks on every call.
