My ideas

A private place for ideas you are not sure about yet. Only you see them; nothing is counted, shared or turned into a demand unless you decide.

Private means private

Only you can see your ideas. No role changes that: not the tenant's owners or admins, not the account, not auditors, not shared packages, not someone else's agent. There is no permission to read all ideas.
Nobody is counted: how many ideas a person has appears on no screen, report or metric.
Ideas are encrypted with a key of your own before they are stored, so someone reading the database sees no text. The server can read them so that you can work with them; this is not end-to-end encryption, and operator access to keys is limited and audited.
You can download all your ideas (JSON) and delete any idea for good. If you leave a tenant, your ideas there are deleted, so download them first.

Seed: one sentence. Not being sure is fine.
Shaped: the problem or opportunity, the hypothesis, who benefits, how you would know it works, a cost range, the timing, what it touches. Write the problem and the hypothesis to mark it shaped.
Park an idea for later (with a date if you like), drop it, or bring it back.
A bug is not an idea: report it as a defect in the solution. Defects are not private.

By default ideas never go to an AI provider. A tenant owner or admin can allow it (Tenant settings → Private ideas); then each person turns it on for themselves on My ideas.
When it is on, your own agent (a personal token or a connection you authorised) can keep an idea (capture_idea) and read yours back (my_ideas). What you write goes to that agent's provider under your tenant's agreement with it.
These calls are not traced or logged, and no shared package, auditor or service token ever sees the tools.
