How a flag works
- Off — for nobody. Chosen people — only the people named by e-mail. Chosen tenants — the tenants ticked, every sandbox, and the people named. On — for everyone.
- Big changes use a flag: flows decided in an ADR, or ones that change several screens. Small improvements go out directly.
- Every change is kept in the flag's history. A flag older than 60 days is marked: open it for everyone and remove it from the code.
