Account

The account is the organisation above the tenants, e.g. a bank with its business units or subsidiaries as tenants. What is set at account level applies to every tenant.

Tenants

Each tenant has its own members, projects, settings and knowledge.
Account owners and admins create tenants (the creator becomes the tenant's owner) and give account members access to tenants with a role.
Everyone switches between the tenants they belong to in the menu.

Shared across tenants

Account-wide standards and glossary terms: choose the scope Account-wide when creating them. Every tenant and project inherits them; only account owners and admins change them.
Mandatory standards cannot be waived by a project decision; use them for bank-wide constraints and regulations such as BDDK and KVKK.
Account agent policy: a baseline for every tenant. Tenants and projects can only make it stricter.
Agent drift thresholds: when Corpole flags an agent as going the wrong way (refused actions, test loops, stalled work, proposal floods, forced moves). Tenants may override them.
