The people in this tenant, their access level, the team of the active project with its roles, and an access review.

Access levels (tenant)

Project roles
In Project access, add people to the active project and tick their roles (Product Owner, Business Analyst, Architect, Developer, Tester / QA, Risk Owner, Project Lead, or the account's own roles). Their permissions are the union of their roles. Projects are visible only to the people added, unless a project is opened to all tenant members (read).
The Declare a production emergency permission lets a hotfix go ahead before its records exist (Agents → Production emergency). By default only the Project Lead holds it; if your account saved its roles before it existed, add it to the roles that should have it.
Roles are defined per account (Account → Roles). The account owner decides whether tenants may change them (Settings → Roles) or must use the account's. AI agents never exceed the permissions of the person they act for.
Access review
Owners, admins and auditors see who reaches which project with which roles, and when each person last signed in and last changed something. Review it periodically and remove access that is no longer needed.
How to invite someone
- Enter their e-mail address and choose a role under Invite someone.
- Copy the link that appears. It is shown only once and no e-mail is sent, so share it yourself.
- They open the link, sign in or create an account with that address, and join.
Keep in mind
- Links work once and expire after 7 days. A new invitation to the same address cancels the previous one.
- A tenant always keeps at least one owner.
- Lowering someone to viewer also removes an agent's permission to propose records through their connection.
