New project
The first step of the guided setup: name the project and describe its context. The context is what AI suggestions later build on.

How to fill it in
- Name: the product or initiative as people call it.
- Key: a short code (up to 12 characters) generated from the name. It must be unique in the tenant and is used by AI agents and the API.
- Description: one or two sentences on what is being built.
- Domain, audience, problem, outcomes: the business area, who will use it, the problem it solves and the results you expect.
Tip Concrete context gives better suggestions. "Sales reps lose track of corporate customers across Excel files" works better than "CRM".
What happens next
After saving, the setup asks whether to start from a document or go step by step through the ten record types. You can stop at any point and continue later from Projects.
