Plan
- 5 min. Connect Claude Code or claude.ai to a new project.
- 10 min. Run the kickoff interview; approve two or three records as Authority.
- 5 min. Ask the agent for something that contradicts an Authority record. It should refuse and propose a change instead.
- 5 min. Retire a record and ask the agent about it again: it no longer uses it.
- 5 min. Let the agent implement one small story; look at criteria, tests and history.
What to look for
- Does the agent cite record codes?
- Is every agent write a proposal that waits for a person?
- Can you tell, weeks later, who decided what and why?
