Builds the project's first requirement set, one record type at a time, from the project brief to objectives, requirements and constraints.

The three ways to start

Telling the story
Write about the project freely, like a prompt. Corpole then asks open questions from a fixed set, moving between topics such as goals, business rules, security, design and delivery. It never asks about the same topic twice in a row and does not press when you answer briefly. No AI is involved in the conversation.
- Skip this question moves on; a topic you skip twice is not asked about again.
- That's enough, build the project shows how mature the story is: a score, coverage per topic and per record type.
- From there you can ask AI for help (it drafts records of every type from the story for you to review), keep talking, or continue with the wizard.
- The story is kept with the project as a question-and-answer document. You can view or download it as Markdown, and AI suggestions in the wizard take it into account.
At every step
Each record type step explains why it matters and shows an example. Three sources feed one editable list:
- Write your own: type items one by one.
- Upload a document: PDF, Word, TXT or Markdown; AI pulls out matching items.
- Get suggestions: AI proposes items from the project brief and everything captured so far. This can take up to a minute.
Tick the items you want, edit their title, statement and acceptance criteria (one per line), then save. Skip this step moves on without saving; you are asked to confirm if items are still selected.
Keep in mind
- Everything saved in the setup becomes a Draft. Agents do not use it until you move records to Authority.
- Finish later takes you to the summary; progress is kept.
- You can return to earlier steps to add more; that does not undo later progress.
- If AI is not configured on the server, only Write your own is available.
