Claude Code plugin commands
The slash commands the Corpole plugin adds to Claude Code.

Commands

/corpole:start | Start a project with Corpole: create it if needed, then run the kickoff interview so the project has binding requirements before code is written. |
/corpole:onboard | Onboard an existing codebase: reverse-engineer modules, behaviour, data, tests, decisions and problems as findings for people to review. |
/corpole:handover | Move what currently governs the project (CLAUDE.md and other agent rule files, requirement documents, ADRs, glossaries) into Corpole as proposals. |
/corpole:init | Set up the repository so Claude Code treats Corpole as the requirements authority: CLAUDE.md section, team plugin settings, optional PR template and GitHub check. |
/corpole:context | Show the binding requirements for the project, optionally filtered by topic. |
/corpole:check | Check the current changes against the project's Authority requirements. |
/corpole:retro | Record lessons learned and improvement ideas, optionally importing lessons from the agent's memory files. |
