Boards
Kanban boards for stories, tasks and epics, and a review board for requirements. Every move is checked against the same rules as the forms.

Columns

Subtasks (To do → Doing → Done) are shown inside their story or task card as a checklist; tick them without leaving the board.
Moving cards
- Drag a card to another column, or use Move to… on the card (works with the keyboard).
- A refused move snaps back with the reason, e.g. a task that needs approval, or a requirement without acceptance criteria.
- Owners and admins can lock a board: it becomes read only for everyone, without drag and drop. Viewers always see boards read only.
Signals on the cards
- Blocked (red) with one of the tenant's block reasons.
- Age: days in the same column, shown in amber from 5 days.
- WIP limits: set per column; a column over its limit is highlighted.
- AC met / covered, subtask progress, the epic and work package, and an AI badge when an agent moved the card last.
- AI proposal: an agent proposed this item (
propose_work_items). It stays in the Backlog (an epic in Idea) until a person moves it on.
Agents and Ready
An agent starts work only once a person has moved it to Ready — including items the agent proposed itself. Moving work to Ready is how you release it to agents.
