Agent proposals are Drafts with an AI proposal badge. Nothing binds until you approve.
For: Product owner
Steps
- Open the proposal from the Overview's review table.
- Check it does not duplicate or contradict an Authority record.
- Sharpen the wording; add criteria, priority and owner.
- Approve or make it Authority, or delete the Draft.
Keep in mind
Tip Rejecting is fine. A clear reason helps the agent propose better next time.
