Portfolio board
The workspace's Lean Portfolio Kanban: demands come in on the left, are linked to initiatives in Reviewing, and initiatives move through their mode's steps to Done. WIP limits keep each step from filling up.
For: Product owner, Founder, Project lead, Admin
Columns
- Funnel: demands not linked to an initiative yet, with how long they have waited.
- Reviewing → Analyzing → Ready → Implementing → Done: initiatives, coloured by mode (project, small work, urgent), with days in the step, work finished out of total, and the solutions they change.
- A column at its WIP limit turns amber; nothing more can move into it except urgent work, whose overrun is written to its history. Tenant owners and admins set the limits under the board.
Who moves it
People with the portfolio permission (Product Owner and Project Lead by default) and tenant owners and admins. Everyone can read it; agents read it with get_portfolio_board and get_initiative but never move it.
