What happened
The same kind of problem came back, with a different agent or in a different session.
Why it happens
An agent's memory files are its own. What one agent learned does not reach the next one.
What Corpole does
- Asks agents, at most once a day and at natural pauses, for lessons and improvement ideas.
- Imports lessons from an agent's memory files with
/corpole:retro, after you approve them. - Shows accepted lessons to every agent in the project; a lesson can be promoted to a project rule.
What you do
- Run
/corpole:retroafter a painful week. - Accept the lessons that are true; promote the important ones to rules.
Keep it from happening again
- When you resolve a drift signal, tick "keep as lesson".
