Acceptance criteria: Met, Not met, verified
Criteria are separate items with their own codes and status. Proof comes from a test or a person.
For: Tester, Product owner
How they work
- Each criterion has a code, e.g.
FR-001/AC2, and a status: Not verified, Met or Not met. - Changing a criterion's text sets it back to Not verified.
- A record's satisfaction is the share of its criteria that are Met.
Who verifies
- A passing linked test, or a person with evidence.
- An agent's report shows as "Agent-reported, not verified" until one of those confirms it.
